Job Description:

We are seeking a talented IT Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, providing technical support, and ensuring smooth operations of hardware, software, and network systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
Monitor and manage network systems to ensure stability and security.
Perform routine maintenance and updates on IT systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Train staff on the use of new technology and IT systems.
Maintain documentation of IT processes, configurations, and updates.
Ensure data backup and recovery processes are in place.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) in IT support or a similar role.
Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and MS Office Suite.
Knowledge of network management and security principles.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus.
